I ate an order of Nachos bell Grande for supper last night and woke up at 4:30 this am with random vomiting and severe upset stomach. I felt fine prior to eating Taco Bell and I have to be at work in 3 hours..  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 7 月 1 日下午 2 点 30 分左右订购了松脆的贝壳炸玉米饼和一大杯甜茶。我知道我因这种食物而生病了，因为这是我整天唯一吃的东西。我吃完饭后，我就开始腹泻，几个小时后发烧就开始了。然后是寒意，最后是呕吐！除了别致的 fil a 和 taco bell 之外，我已经远离快餐了，但是现在经历了这段经历之后，我再也不会在塔可钟吃东西了。我从事餐饮业已有 19 年了，经营着很多厨房，从来没有有人从我的厨房生病过抱怨。这个塔可铃的生命部门得分为99.0！我个人认为，卫生检查员需要认真研究其中的一些快餐店，并在需要时将其关闭！
