Ate around 7:30, had the bbq chicken flatbread and then started vomiting and had diarrhea around 1:00 am and both of these symptoms lasted for 24 hours along with a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ate 10 mcnuggets around midnight, I thought they tasted a little funny but didn't think much of it. At 6:30am I was vomiting and had horrible diarrhea. I still had diarrhea the next day. It's the 3rd day now and I still feel incredibly nauseous and have the symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
