我有来自塔可贝尔的鸡肉油炸玉米饼。那天晚上我去睡觉了，感觉很好。第二天我气得很厉害，我的胃也很不舒服。那天晚上我开始出现严重的胃痛和腹泻。我试着拿一些 tums 然后我结束了只是起伏和作呕。我不得不让它运行它当然太糟糕了。

I ate a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, hot sauce, sour cream, corn, cheese, and lettuce. I ate at chipotle around 2:30pm on May 18th and began having sever diareea and vomiting that same night around midnight.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I went to Taco Bell for lunch on May 17 and I ordered my usual cravings meal. Taste was normal and all was fine until about 2 hours later. I had diarrhea accompanied by violent nausea. An hour after that I started to run a fever and the vomiting began. It continued all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

注意：我什么也没吃过（自昨晚5点晚餐以来）。

今天下午 1:00 左右，我吃了经典烤牛肉和两个土豆饼。现在是下午 4 点 50 分，自 3 点半以来我一直在胃痛，恶心和腹泻大约一个小时。

没有别的东西可以引起我的疼痛和腹泻。
上次（8 个月前）我在 Arby “s 吃饭时感觉不舒服，现在我再也不会回来了！！当心在别的地方吃饭！！！
