4 月 14 日星期六在这个地方吃午饭。吃了经典的烤牛肉、卷曲的薯条、茶和小巧克力。摇一摇。太阳又在那里吃了。4/15 吃晚午饭。吃了牛肉陀螺仪，卷曲的薯条和茶。我的三明治中途食欲不振，无法完成。凌晨 4 点醒来时会发冷和出汗。不久之后开始出现弹丸呕吐和腹泻。经过 8 个小时和总共 10 次上厕所后，仍然存在嗜睡、发冷、头痛、身体疼痛和低烧。卧床不起两天半。不希望在任何人身上这样。可怕的感觉！！！

Ate a salad with carnitas, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole at approximately 1 pm April 19. Diarrhea and vomiting started about 12 hours later and then nausea, and fever set in. I had had nothing else to eat between when I ate here and became ill so it is definitely Chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
