Mexican Pizza, no beef and a Pepsi at approx 1:15. Severe diarrhea about two hours later, and continuing as of now (7 am following morning). Beans had a strong, distinct metallic taste. Also mild nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我丈夫和我都在下午 4 点 30 分左右吃了一个双鱼三明治。半夜我们都生病了，并且在同一时间开始呕吐。如果是病毒，我非常怀疑我们会同时生病。窗边的那个女孩态度也很讨厌。当有人处理我们的食物时，我们很有礼貌，就像往常一样。现在我们俩都还在呕吐腹泻，气体，脱水，头痛和腹部疼痛很大。
