On 03/20/19 I ate Taco Bell. I ordered a Mexican Pizza no Beef, 2 Supreme Tacos no Beef and they were made right when we ordered. They looked very fresh... but an hour and fifteen minutes later I was violently vomiting.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心

Pretty sure it was from onion blossom as me and my wife ate one and were the only ones to get food poisoning.
