Chili’s, 3 of the 4 of us got stomach pains and diarrhea within 1 hour after eating. Actually it occurred on our way home from the restaurant. The only items we all had was chips, salsa and sour cream and strawberry lemonade  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

On 03/20/19 I ate Taco Bell. I ordered a Mexican Pizza no Beef, 2 Supreme Tacos no Beef and they were made right when we ordered. They looked very fresh... but an hour and fifteen minutes later I was violently vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

Pretty sure it was from onion blossom as me and my wife ate one and were the only ones to get food poisoning.
