I had chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, vinegarette and chips. Stomach got upset an hour after eating. Vomited 4 times, loose stool several times and stomach cramping for most of the day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

A few weeks ago I ate at the same location and a couple of hours later I started vomiting. I thought I had the flu. Yesterday, I ate at the listed location and now have severe diarrhea. Obviously there is something contaminated there.  | 症状: 腹泻

我是这家麦当劳的常客。最近这项服务太糟糕了，员工对我来说太糟糕了，因为我一直在抱怨硬皮干 mcdoubles。在最后一次投诉之后，我开车去买了通常的 3 个 mcdoubles，只有蛋黄酱和番茄酱以及一个沙子，半之后我的胃痛很剧烈。剩下的我没完成。我感觉到可怕的痛苦和腹胀。我晚上的其余时间包括胃痛，从厕所里来回跑去呕吐，diahreah，而且我不断出汗和潮热。明天去看医生。
