I went to eat chipotle yesterday after work. Around 4-5 I don't really remember but it was my first meal o eat all day. I order a chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, fagitals sour cream , cheese , lettuce and hot salsa. I been feeling nausea vomiting , watering dearea , and some headead.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate my usual. Salad bowl ) rice, chicken,lettuce ,cheese,sour cream and dressing.
