Lunch time. I had classic chicken sandwich combo...11a sometime. But didnt start feeling sick till early eve around 7p. Felt upset stomach. And now from 8am till now...been having diarrhea. Hot online to see if anyone else. Went there earlier....12.5.2019. Tulsa. 41st street loc.  | 症状: 腹泻

On Tuesday November 26, 2019 I went there around 4:15 pm. I got a bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, mild salsa, guacamole, cheese, and lettuce. Also, I got a lime to squeeze onto the guacamole. The order was to go.

I ate lunch by my self at 12:20ish and had nothing after about 5 hrs later. Got stomach cramps then it started on both ends. Had whopper w/cheese - lettuce and tomatoes, small fry, and diet dr pepper.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Eating chicken at approximately 7pm on 11/23/19. Husband was experiencing nausea, severe abdominal cramps, and diarrhea that started around 1030pm. We got to the restaurant around 8pm we all ordered cheese and beef enchiladas woke up this morning and everyone has awful stomach cramps and diarrhea it's seriously the worst pain in my stomach thought I would have to call an ambulance for a minute.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋
