January 23rd as soon as i ate the chicken sandwich it felt like knifes were poking my stomach all over the place. I went back to work applying a hardwood floor and I could hardly get up and down, started puking half an hour after eating. Was puking and having diarrhea for 2 days straight non stop.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 1/12、1/13 和 1/16 上用豆芽和洋葱吃了 ＃6。自从 18 年 1 月 20 日起，由于食物的味道，我什么都无法吃东西，每种气味都让我感到恶心，然后开始干燥起来。我有尖锐的头痛和腹泻。我的胃非常剧烈疼痛，关节受伤，起初我以为是流感或怀孕，直到我去吉米·约翰斯去买同样的潜水艇，然后被告知他们不再供应喷口，所以我用谷歌搜索了原因，发现了沙门氏菌的爆发并发现了同样的情况我当时的症状与沙门氏菌的结果相同

Had chicken tacos with mango salsa and rice and beans. 5-6 hours later had horrible stomach cramps followed by vomiting and diarrhea. My family and I had the same meal, only difference was I ate the mango salsa. I was the only one that got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

订购了意大利辣香肠披萨。吃了两片然后喝了一瓶水大约三个小时后，我发冷、腹泻、恶心和呕吐持续了 90 分钟，而且还在不断增加。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

I ate an adobo chicken burrito for dinner last night (Monday 1/15). Given incubation times of the various FBIs I can't say for sure it was Qdoba (I also ate out on Sunday 1/14) - I'm reporting it just in case there is a cluster of illnesses… 更多

I ate 3 barbacoa tacos with cheese and lettuce only on 1/15/2018. Within 3 hours I was violently ill and it lasted for approximately 10 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
