got a chicken quesadilla with tomatos, lettuce and guacamole. a couple hours later i had really bad diarrhea and severe stomach cramping. i fell asleep but the next morning i was projectile vomiting everything i had eaten the night before.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I had a chicken salad. I ate the salad at 10PM then woke up with shooting pains in my stomach at 4AM. I felt like I was going to throw up but i have had severe diarrhea and nausea since then. The pains are still there as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛
