7-25-18-配送-午餐时我吃了鸡肉炒饭主菜。那天我没吃别的东西。那天晚上我开始感觉很恶心，不能吃晚饭。到晚上 8 点我呕吐得很厉害。我整晚都因为胃痛而且有腹泻。那是一个可怕的夜晚。我的同事吃了很少量的副食炒饭，还说那天晚上他感到非常恶心。

Ordered Salad with Steak, fajita veggies, and various toppings. By 1:45 AM woke up with classic food poisoning symptoms: diarrhea, vomiting, fever, which lasted 24-hours. Still not 100% several days later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Got a bowl with chicken and barbacoa, guac, sour cream, cheese, brown rice and lettuce. Woke up in the morning to watery stool and vomiting. Continued for at least 24 hours (still happening)  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
