星期五晚上吃了... 墨西哥卷饼配猪肉、大米、酸奶油、奶酪、pico、玉米... 丈夫有鸡肉、米饭、酸奶油、奶酪、玉米、微微的碗... 我们俩星期六清晨都因腹泻和胃痛而生病... 现在还有 4 天... 我们的儿子吃了猪肉和奶酪，还没生病。

周一晚上 8 点左右什么时候到费尔菲尔德地点。我订购了三次融化的墨西哥卷饼盒。晚上 11 点左右我吃完饭后，我开始看到迹象。首先是感觉恶心然后是我的腹部剧烈疼痛。我试图把它塞进去，但我被迫呕吐，整个星期二早上都在呕吐。我以为症状会消退，但是当我拿回碗的时候我错了。我的凳子是黑色和柏油状的，当我感觉到我的碗时刻在我的身体中移动时。我每天都有剧烈的疼痛。现在是星期三，我已经在当地医院的急诊室检查了自己，因为我的健康状况没有好转。
