我从 Taco Bell 那里订购了食物，然后两小时之内我就开始在牙医办公室呕吐。因为我无法运作，我的根管被推迟了。为了避免在车里生病，我不得不开路。几个小时的胃痉挛、发冷、呕吐和腹泻令人痛苦而且筋疲力尽。

Food was great along with service but I haven't been able to leave anywhere today because i have a really bad tummy ache and I can't stop pooping. TMI; super watery, I feel like my insides are coming out. Probably won't be returning to any locations anymore  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

On Saturday night I got a little cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup, as well as some fries. At about 10 o clock I threw up everything. I had the artisan grilled chicken. The evening of 4/10 and woke up early this morning 4/11 extremely nauseous. I have been throwing up and have had diarrhea as well. I called the restaurant but they did not seem concerned in the least  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

11:30 am on Saturday, april 8th 2017 i got chicken nugget happy meals for my kids, 3 out of 4 of them are now sick. Symptoms started with vomiting last night through this morning and diarrhea. 2 of 3 sick kids have a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

昨晚 7 点半我和丈夫和孩子们一起在那里吃过。吃完一小时后我得了胃痉挛，我丈夫也这样做了。他只吃了辛辣的麦克鸡。把孩子们放在西班牙叉子里之后，我们回到了 lehi。当我们回到家时，我们俩都有极大的腹胀和极端的胃痉挛。第二天早上，我们俩仍然感到恶心，开始出现严重的腹泻。我们俩整天都有抽筋而且腹泻不停。现在是 6:15 了，当我写这篇文章时我在厕所里抽着肚子疼腹泻。没去过博士。因为我没有保险。此外，它花了 20 多分钟。昨晚要领取食物。这个地方绝对挤满了小孩。收银机前面到处都是水，而不仅仅是一点点。没有人一直在清理它，在等待订购一个大概一岁的孩子的时候，在前台的水上滑倒，没人愿意看看他是否还好，当时也没有任何员工试图清洗水。另一位女士在我订购时点了奶昔并捡起来，其中大约有 4-5 个，到处都是冰淇淋，奶昔没有混合。那位女士问那个在说我订单的女孩是否可以像应该的那样错过它们，女孩告诉她自己手工混合它们。我永远不会回到这个可耻的地方，因为它离我家不到 4 个街区。请帮忙这个位置。这是麦当劳的耻辱！

昨天下午 3 点 40 分左右我收到了一个 5 美元的鸡胸肉装满盒子，我要求用马铃薯楔代替土豆泥。吃完饭后，我立即感到非常饱腹，比平时多了，就像我的胃里充满了气体然后我去洗手间，我的凳子有一种痛苦的，“辛辣” 的感觉，当腹泻严重时你会感到。现在是第二天了，我的凳子变得更加水汪汪了。还没到那里，但我知道它即将到来。
