小麦面包上的意大利潜艇，我是今天早上唯一一个 7 开始的人，因为大量的气体释放而胃痛腹痛然后我去了洗手间安娜那非常非常非常松散我已经去过洗手间两次了，胃痉挛真的很糟糕我服了 4 Iodium 我看到现在会发生什么我很害怕把任何东西放进嘴里但我饿了我是糖尿病患者

I had the fish and shrimp salad with ranch dressing. I also had chips and salads. I had the meal at lunch on 7/18. It was the only meal I ate that day and have been ill since then with diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

i had a 10 piece chicken nugget and fries and a lemonade. after an hour i came home and felt so bad and ended up throwing up for 10 minutes straight. i do not recommend eating here.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate there about 1 or 2 clock I began to feel then my stomach began to hurt I had the French toast slam, but I think it was the eggs, because both me and my sister got sick and we both had eggs so that’s how I came to this conclusion  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I love Chick-fil-A and was shocked that the food gave me food poisioning. I ordered an 8 count chicken nugget meal and dipped my fries and nuggets in their ranch. Ive never gotten sick here before & it saddens me that this restaurant has infected food.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Porterhouse, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, blooming onion. Saturday May 12. Extremely sick/bedridden. Mild fever, vomiting, diarrhea, first 42 hours couldn't keep liquids down at all, starting to get slightly better but still very ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
