I had the fish and shrimp salad with ranch dressing. I also had chips and salads. I had the meal at lunch on 7/18. It was the only meal I ate that day and have been ill since then with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

i had a 10 piece chicken nugget and fries and a lemonade. after an hour i came home and felt so bad and ended up throwing up for 10 minutes straight. i do not recommend eating here.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate there about 1 or 2 clock I began to feel then my stomach began to hurt I had the French toast slam, but I think it was the eggs, because both me and my sister got sick and we both had eggs so that’s how I came to this conclusion  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I love Chick-fil-A and was shocked that the food gave me food poisioning. I ordered an 8 count chicken nugget meal and dipped my fries and nuggets in their ranch. Ive never gotten sick here before & it saddens me that this restaurant has infected food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
