星期五在 Chipotle 吃午饭。有沙拉、鸡肉和浇头。周六下午感觉很光滑，周六晚上开始用 diahrea 呕吐。每小时呕吐一次，直到周日中午。整个周末胃都会抽筋。周日和周一虚弱而疲劳。周一和周二错过工作。终于能够在周日将佳得乐保持在 4 点。

Son and I got burritos for lunch early Friday afternoon. Saturday night we both got sick. He threw up. I fought it and didn't. We were both sick all day Sunday. 100.5 temp. Still feeling the effects today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My two teenager kids eat at chipotle Sterling location around 8:30pm on Friday (7/14/2017) . Both got sick on Saturday evening , Sunday and Monday with vomiting, nausea and fever. They are little bit better but not fully recovered from the sickness yet.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
