I had a cup of the tomato soup with half of the Mediterranean veggie sandwich at 1:30 PM yesterday and within 20 minutes, my stomach started to hurt and soon enough, it turned into diarrhea and vomiting. My stomach is still hurting today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had 3 beef soft shell tacos for breakfast at like 2pm and then around 2 am I felt light headed with muscle fatigue nausea and cramps. the worst part is I liked the tacos that made me sick and now im too afraid to go back  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
