I went to Panera Monday December 12th with my grandfather and little brother. I ordered potato soup and a steak and cheese Pacino sandwich. My brother ordered a tuna sandwich and Mac and cheese. The next day I was nauseous and the morning after that I threw up. Today (Dec 15th) I have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

12/9/16 730am large Breakfast burrito with egg,chorizo,taters,cheese sauce, and both salsas. Buddy got exactly the same thing in a small and ask for small portions. He had same simptoms, but I was dramatically worse.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

2016 年 10 月 12 日星期六晚上，我丈夫从巴拉德的 Veraci Pizza 带回了半个意大利辣香肠和奶酪/半个朝鲜蓟和山羊奶酪披萨。
凌晨 1 点左右他病得很重。11 日早上我们去了急诊室。我在 12 日下午生病了。每 20 分钟左右呕吐一次，直到 12 日晚上 11 点。每次我呕吐时都会出现腹泻等。
寒意和一般的地狱坑体验。
披萨似乎已经不正常了，因为这是我们最近去披萨店的地方。我丈夫去了急诊室。我开车送他，我们正在等待测试结果，但是第二天它击中了我。毫无疑问，这是食物中毒。

2016 年 12 月 12 日下午 3 点 30 分左右。四口之家吃了，鸡块，麦奇肯斯。Reg。汉堡包、芝士汉堡包。四分之一磅。我们喝了 3 杯软饮料和 2 杯奶昔。吃完 5 分钟后。人（一）立即经历了恶心和 Diaherra。极度恶心和恶心，持续 9 个小时。人（二）吃完饭 4 小时后经历了 Diaherra。人（三）（小孩 *）进食 8 小时后经历了恶心和呕吐。

昨晚我吃了一个汉堡，很不错，但是一旦我回到家，我的胃感觉不舒服，胃痉挛，花了一些 Tums 来看看它有帮助，但是它没上床睡觉，抽筋持续了两倍，那天晚上我呕吐了 4 次，直到第二天星期一 12-12-16。我还经历了极度发烧，寒战根本无法变暖。我感觉很恶心，第二天我没能去上班。

At at 8:30 am - was having bouts of painful diarrhea by 4pm. It was a sausage egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich and a peppermint mocha with an extra shot. Very sick. Still feeling sick. Once it passed I was able to eat and drink normally - so it was definitely from the food.  | 症状: 腹泻
