我和女儿在 79 日去了 Wendys，下午 6 点 30 分左右去了 Milw Wi 的 Browndeer。我点了经典双人餐。我女儿订购了 4 对 4 餐配培根芝士汉堡、鸡块。
吃完大约 4 小时后，我们都有恶心和抽筋。大约 8 小时后，我们整晚都在呕吐和腹泻。

有土豆软玉米饼，豆卷饼，7 层墨西哥卷饼。在进食后几分钟内经验丰富的气体，然后是腹泻。24 小时后腹泻没有减弱，而且似乎还在恶化。  | 症状: 腹泻, 煤气

I ordered around 5:42:34pm I'm pregnant and I got to eating the food and 40 minutes afterwards I started vomiting stomach was in pain and nose running can't keep the food down I tried drinking water just couldn't it keep it down went to doctors they said it has to run its course  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

me and my co-worker, rock Jordan when on are lunch to get food bought two mcdoubles and 2 medium fries and 10 pieces nuggets and a coke, got back to work, started to consume the food then after 10 mins later started to throw up  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

星期四下午去了 Popeyes 我有甜美的鸡肉条。三个小时后回家开始出现严重的右下角疼痛，最终从晚上 9 点直到凌晨 3 点疼痛继续进行紧急救护理，确定我有食物中毒，当我呕吐时，肋骨破裂是通过压迫身体在马桶上造成的。
