我开始吃开胃菜，朝鲜蓟蘸龙虾碎和薯条。我吃了很健康的份额然后我继续吃凯撒沙拉。当我开始感到极度腹胀和饱腹感时，只吃了两口沙拉。我的晚餐来了之后，！我开始吃带黄油的烤土豆，那时我感到异常饱和恶心。我停止吃马铃薯了，感觉自己的身体正在升温，汗水来到我身上，呕吐的感觉非常强烈。我起来很虚弱，试图抓住栏杆去洗手间，但在四分之一的路上晕倒了。我的听力完全消失了，我的视力模糊了。在地板上待了几分钟后，我得以起床然后错开回到展位。大量呼吸并坐下后，呕吐的感觉就消失了，发誓剧烈，我的听力又回来了。我以前从来没有发生过这种情况。非常令人震惊，但我相信这是一例食物中毒。

Harsh diarrhea and stomach cramps, nausea. Had to leave work early bc of the pain.
Split a appetizer sampler with someone. She got diarrhea too. I ate the quesadilla, a few mozzarella sticks and some chips and artichoke dip. Also went with another friend who had chips… 更多

9 月 28 日星期三在帕西诺斯吃了晚饭。分享了菠菜/朝鲜蓟蘸酱以及带意大利面的帕尔马干酪鸡。我丈夫吃的比我多，导致他在午夜之前开始呕吐。他继续呕吐，每小时都有严重的水样腹泻。我开始经历严重的腹部痉挛，然后在早上 6 点连续出现水样的 diahrea。这种情况持续了几个小时。我今天中午要打电话给经理告诉他发生了什么事，这样他们就不会毒死其他任何人。

I went on June 7th I had the trio appetizers and the French onion soup I bought cheeseburger egg rolls the spinach and artichoke dip and the beer pretzels my stomach started hurting 3 hours after I ate and it still is hurting now and I have diarrhea and a lot of cramping  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I was there on sat 5/23 and ordered the spinach artichoke chicken flatbread and after about 10 min. of having a few slices of it had to rush home because i was so sick. 2016 年 3 月 9 日星期三下午 1 点左右参观了 applebee "s 吃了鸡馄饨炸玉米饼（3）和菠菜朝鲜蓟蘸薯条。2016 年 3 月 10 日星期四下午 5:45 我开始感到胃部非常恶心，几分钟之内我经历了有史以来最严重的胃痉挛和发冷，头痛和呕吐。我整夜大部分时间都在沙发上盖着几条毯子以保暖，但是每次我尝试站起来时，我都会开始呕吐不是一次，而是一次又一次地呕吐 8 -10 次。我最终在晚上 9 点 15 分左右上床睡觉，在那里我试着用电热毯睡觉。从沙发到卧室的步行带来了另一批呕吐物，这些呕吐物在整个晚上来来往往。到 2016 年 3 月 11 日星期五中午，呕吐已经停止，但是胃部仍然非常不适无法进食，而且 dirrahea 开始了，一直持续到周六。我实际上可以说，截至 2016 年 3 月 13 日星期日，呕吐和 dirrahea 都已停止，但是我仍在处理胃部非常不适且无法进食太多东西的问题。我已经联系了我的医生温迪·金，医学博士，因为我患有糖尿病，她订购了血液检查，我今天完成了血液检查，以确保我没有脱水，因为我在 3 天内减掉了 10 磅重的体重
