我整天都感觉很好，直到晚上 8 点半左右在麦当劳停下来。我有朱砂、中等大小的鱼苗和草莓香蕉冰沙。大约一个小时后，我非常头晕和恶心，把我从麦当劳吃喝的所有东西都扔掉了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕

30 minutes after drinking banana, kiwi and strawberry smoothie with added protein I got unbearable stomach ache and fever. Was in pain for the next day. Who knows what chemicals they put in their drinks. Stay away from it guys !  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

晚餐吃了一罐厨师 boyardee。整夜都很难睡觉。胃部不适和硬气体。早上我有腹泻然后呕吐了。随着早晨的进行，像身体疼痛这样的小发烧慢慢吞噬了我。我试着吃一根香蕉，一个小时后吃一瓶水。喝水 30 分钟后我就吐了。回家了，我的发烧对我的打击比以往任何时候都严重。我已经卧床不起 5 个小时了。我几乎有力量去调整自己。

在非常忙碌的一天里，我醒来时有一根香蕉和几个饼干在工作。大约 9 点左右，我能够把它交给 Panera 然后点了东方鸡肉沙拉。我的第一口味道真的很糟糕，酸性，不像平时那样，但我饿了，我吃了大约 1/3 然后把剩下的东西带回家。几个小时后，我因可怕的下腹痛从睡眠中醒来，感觉到有东西出现了，我坐起来跑到洗手间。吐出所有的沙拉，已经大约 15 个小时了，之后还有很多次去洗手间，但我还在痛苦的胃痛中。我妈妈是一名护士，说这绝对是某种细菌感染。
