昨天晚上吃了一个 barbacoa 墨西哥卷饼（在我看来，在最近因大肠杆菌召回之后值得一提的是长叶莴苣），今天早上醒来时感到胃痛非常严重，起初我以为我在睡眠中设法撕裂或伤害了一些东西。随之而来的是腹泻、极度恶心、发烧、头痛和发冷，现在已经存在了大约 14 个小时。我妈妈也和我一起在那里吃饭，但她有一个没有生菜的素食卷饼碗。

On Sunday May 20th around 9:30 pm I went to chipotle and got a barbacoa burrito with pinto beans and white rice. The following day I was feeling sick and throwing up. I don’t think I should have gone to chipotle  | 症状: 呕吐

On Thursday May 10, 2018, I ordered a bowl of white rice, black beans, grilled onions, Barbacoa with extra meat and cheese. I got home and began to eat my meal. The first bite tasted sour. Then like a dummy I ate 2 more portions. Fast forward… 更多

Last night me and my roommate went to Chipotle and I had ordered a Barbacoa bowl. I barely are any of it because my stomach was getting upset so I ended up going home and getting some rest. This morning I’ve been vomiting at work and feel extremely lightheaded. I believe I was food poisoned.  | 症状: 呕吐
