I had half a barbacoa burrito with black beans, corn salsa, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese. I also had some chips and guac. About 4 hours later, I started to feel sick to my stomach. I have been violently ill for the past 3 hours with no signs of stopping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chipotle 是我的最爱，但是吃了它并且生病了之后，我看不到自己回去了。我有 2 个 barbacoa 炸玉米饼配生菜和温和的莎莎酱。还有一半的鸡肉卷饼配白米饭、鸡肉、平托豆、奶酪、玉米莎酱和温和的莎莎酱。我计划将另一半保存下来供以后使用，但是一旦我生病就把它扔掉了。大概在一两个小时之内，我开始有胃痛，然后跑到洗手间呕吐。我腹泻后不久。我整天整夜都在呕吐和腹泻，疼痛和发冷。第二天晚上我几乎不想吐水就不能把水压下来。但是到了第二天晚上，我可以喝一些佳得乐，然后吃了几个咸饼干。那是有史以来最糟糕的白天/黑夜！

I had a burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, barbacoa and pico. I ate 4/10/18 around 6:00pm. Stomach cramping started early the next morning 4/11 with vomiting that evening followed by diarrhea the next day 4/12.
