I had half a barbacoa burrito with black beans, corn salsa, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese. I also had some chips and guac. I had a burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, barbacoa and pico. I ate 4/10/18 around 6:00pm. Stomach cramping started early the next morning 4/11 with vomiting that evening followed by diarrhea the next day 4/12.
