11 月 7 日，我吃了 Cobb Salad 鸡肉卷配蓝纹奶酪和鸡蛋以及某种调味料。直到 8 小时后感觉还不错，然后才击中。我只能说我对马桶离浴缸有多近有了新的认识。V 和 D 同时出现。持续了大约 30 分钟。没有发烧，只有胃痉挛和 V&D。睡得很好，然后早上多一点 D。

I picked up a grab and go roast beef and blue cheese sandwich around mid day October 29th at this market and by the end of the afternoon I had all of the symptoms of food poisoning. Most symptoms had subsided within 12 hours of ingestion.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
