When served the unsweet tea upon taking a big drink it tasted off as if really old; sent back and had water.

Ate a buffalo chicken sandwich platter (guessing it was either the chicken or the blue cheese or both!) for dinner, 1/5/20, ~600-700PM. Had chills in the middle of the night, had to layer up and went back to bed. Woke up a few hours later to vomit (2-4AM). No energy, weak, sweaty, generally unwell.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点, 寒战, 出汗

2020 年 5 月 1 日晚上 7 点左右我从自助式冰箱单位领取的沙拉。鸡肉蓝纹奶酪的最爱使朝鲜蓟心碎蔓越莓山核桃葡萄混合沙拉蔬菜.吃完几个小时后我感觉自己的胃在冒泡。然后上床睡觉，几个小时后上厕所几个小时后我以为我有煤气，但是肠子非常水汪汪，大量大约 3 倍

I ordered Chop Steak, green beans and house salad w/blue cheese dressing at approximately 6:00 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2019.
