2018 年 2 月 14 日，我和男友一起去了 nandos，吃了普通的去骨鸡肉和薯条以及大蒜面包，我吃了所有东西，味道很可爱。几个小时后，我感到恶心和头痛，晚上我生病了无数次，有了 diahrea，我不会再在那里吃东西了  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

2017 年 2 月 10 日星期六早餐中食物中毒。一定是面包、哈希布朗、橙汁甚至是炒鸡蛋-我的配偶没吃的东西也很好。我在几分钟之内感到不安，整天都在晚上演变成肚子疼、腹泻和呕吐。接下来的几天我感到轻烧，在这段时间里我都有肌肉骨骼疼痛。花了 3-4 天才感觉好些，但疼痛和头晕持续了几天。

那天我唯一吃的东西就是早餐。我们是从佐治亚州开车上来的，然后在必胜客停下来吃一顿晚午餐。我吃了一部分意大利辣香肠比萨饼、雪碧和大蒜面包，然后我在吃饭的时候就开始生病了 —— 头痛、恶心、胃痛。在我们不得不在休息站停下来之前，我们开车大约 30 分钟，然后我扔在车后面。之后我就淘汰了，一定睡了好几个小时，因为当我再次醒来时，天黑了，我们处于不同的状态。无论如何，必胜客很便宜，所以我并不感到惊讶这件事发生了。
