I went to chipotle. Ordered a bowl with brown rice , pinto beans , double steak , sour cream and cheese. This was about 3 o'clock. Later on the day my stomach hurt and woke up about 1 am in the morning . I had direah and I vomited after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

2016 年 2 月 9 日下午 3 点左右，我吃了一个碗，里面放着糙米、鸡肉、黑豆和平托豆、辛辣的 queso、fajita 蔬菜、玉米、Pico、鳄梨酱、奶酪、生菜和酸奶油。吃饭后三十分钟内我在洗手间里胃痛和腹泻很严重。现在，几小时后，我仍然感到恶心。

星期五晚上 9 点左右我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有鸡肉、生菜、黑豆、奶酪、糙米和 guac。吃完之后我感到非常不舒服和恶心。然后在星期六早上 2 点半，我醒来呕吐了几次，然后回去睡觉。周六大约 10 点醒来，有些腹泻，仍然感觉不舒服。每次我站起来我都会头晕目眩，整天我感觉真的很虚弱，什么也做不了。
