7 月 27 日吃了我是晚上，28 日下午开始出现恶心和偏头痛。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、牛排、酸奶油和奶酪。28 日晚上我病得很重，虚弱，开始有 diareah。那又持续了两天，只会变得更糟。我也经历了寒冷和剧烈出汗的爆发。最重要的是，我有很多胃痉挛，48 小时几乎没吃任何东西。

I went to Chipotle last night. I got a burrito bowl with black beans, steak, tomato salsa, corn, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. A couple hours after I ate I started getting stomach cramps which lasted throughout the night. The rest of the symptoms started 10 hours… 更多

7 月 27 日下午 1 点左右，我和我丈夫在俄亥俄州鲍威尔的 Chipotle 吃了午餐。我有鸡肉炸玉米饼配白米饭，鸡肉，玉米，酸奶油和生菜。我丈夫有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有黑豆、鸡肉、糙米、热莎莎酱和奶酪。星期五晚上我们俩都没有感到难过。我们星期六早上都因恶心、发烧、腹泻和头痛而醒来。从星期六早上到星期天结束我们都有症状。我目前已怀孕 7 个月，所以我怀孕期间不会再回 Chipotle 了。这是完全不安全的，特别是如果他们在过去一周内未能达到食品安全，并且仍然有顾客生病的问题。

我在周日晚上（07/29）5 点 30 分左右去了鲍威尔-锯木厂百汇的所在地。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、巴拉科阿、平托豆、Queso、绿色莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。那天晚上晚些时候我感到不安，星期一早上我醒来时感到极度恶心、抽筋和腹泻。现在是星期二，尽管我感觉好多了，但我距离 100％ 还很远。我还有胃痛，离开家感觉不舒服。

I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, queso, corn salsa & cheese. i ate there Thursday, Friday & Sunday. Ordered the same thing each time. Stomach cramps had started Saturday, nausea & diarrhea on Sunday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
