I had a burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, barbacoa and pico. I ate 4/10/18 around 6:00pm. Stomach cramping started early the next morning 4/11 with vomiting that evening followed by diarrhea the next day 4/12. I haven’t been able to eat anything but crackers since eating the burrito bowl.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

我在午餐时吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有 barbacoa 和所有浇头。那天晚上晚些时候，我感到致命的发烧，头痛，身体发冷，恶心，腹泻，头晕和胃痛。我知道这是由 Chipotles 食物引起的，因为这是我整天唯一吃的东西。Chipotle 之前发生过这种情况，我发誓我再也不会在那里吃东西了，不值得去医院。

Had a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, queso, corn salsa, and shredded cheese with a bag of chips. I use the chips to eat the burrito bowl. Wasn't even done eating when I had to legit run the the bathroom where I was for the next hour with diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

吃鸡肉卷饼后生病了，直到那时一直与朋友分享同样的食物，所以我知道这不可能是别的。当令人难以置信的痛苦开始时，我正在进行过夜的海外航班，随后是不间断的呕吐。几乎不得不由医护人员执行，因为我太虚弱了。花了好几天病了，无法移动。假日和圣诞节完全毁了，医生诊断我患有沙门氏菌，并开了三种药物来帮助治疗症状。把这个问题上报给了 Chipotle，他在经过四个月的持续追逐之后表示没有证据支持我的案子。再也不会在这里吃东西了。

I threw up from 8pm to 4am, projectile vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, severe sweating.
