I ate the 5 dollars box that included the chalupa, bean burrito, and a hard taco. The next day I started have symptoms of a fever. It is now Sunday and I have been sick dice Wednesday. I’ve also had really bad stomach aches since then.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心

I went to Alberto’s 4/18. I had a carne Asada burrito and an horchata. 3 hours later I am throwing up and have diarrhea.My stomach hurts and I am miserable. 我通过 Postmates 下了订单，订购了一个鸡肉卷饼，配白米饭、黑豆、奶酪、酸奶油、玉米莎莎酱和鳄梨调味酱。我吃完大约两个小时后我的胃开始受伤。我有点腹泻去洗手间，胃开始剧烈抽筋。大概 10-15 分钟后我回到洗手间了。之后我在洗手间待了大约 30 分钟，痛苦地翻了一番。疼痛太严重了我想我可能需要去急诊所。然后我出了汗然后呕吐了-很多。之后胃痉挛好转了很多，但仍然持续到整夜，感觉就像我发烧/发冷。今天早上我还有一点腹泻和恶心，但是现在胃痛几乎消失了。
