我吃了豆和大米卷饼，我的朋友吃了一些装满的玉米饼，两者都包括豆泥。我相信豆子是原因，因为这是我们俩唯一吃的东西。在那里吃饭不到半小时我们就跑去洗手间了，从那以后再也没有离开过。我有史以来最严重的胃痉挛之一，在再次在这里吃饭之前一定会重新考虑的。

ate around 2pm thursday june 21, 2018. order naked burrito. white rice, ground beef, regular queso, shredded cheese and sour cream. symptoms started around 7pm that night and had the worst kind of sickness that included everything i checked off X 10.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken burrito bowl, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, corn, lettuce that had been sitting in water. I have been vomiting and still have diarrhea every 30 mins since 5am. I ate at 830pm last night  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had Lunch at Chipotle on 20th June , I could finish only half and was feeling nauseous. By evening I had body pain and fever . Day 3 felling lil better now but I am sure it was the burrito bowl that resulted in food poisoning  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

I ate a one dollar frito burrito around 8pm on June 20th and around 10pm I became very sick and started vomiting. The whole night I began vomiting every 20 minuets. It was so severe that I had to go to the hospital to get shots and have an IV bag.  | 症状: 呕吐
