Wednesday March 9th I ate a chicken burrito bowl at the chipotle mexican grill in Worthington, Ohio. The symptoms began an hour after I ate and am still sick 4 days later. It began with vomiting, fever and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ate a burrito bowl. About 2 hours later I laid down for bed and felt nauseous, I went to the bathroom and I threw it up. Exactly what was in the bowl, is what I threw up.  | 症状: 呕吐

I ordered the 7 layer burrito and chicken quesadilla. I ate the full 7 layer burrito and half the quesadilla, I started feeling nauseous 30 mins after finishing the burrito.  | 症状: 呕吐

I went to eat chipotle yesterday after work. Around 4-5 I don't really remember but it was my first meal o eat all day. I order a chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, fagitals sour cream , cheese , lettuce and hot salsa. I been feeling nausea vomiting , watering dearea , and some headead.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
