I ate a premade Caesar salad from the deli at Walmart in Conyers GA, and I also ate chicken wings on the deli department then throwing up diarrhea fever. Maybe hours later. I had to go to the emergency room and was diagnosed with food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

今天 11:45 左右，我在 Panera 吃了午餐 —— 我吃了凯撒沙拉、西兰花切达干酪汤、法式长棍面包、刺梨芙蓉和奶酪糕点。
我在 12:20 左右回来工作，到 12:40 我的胃受伤太严重了，我不得不离开。目前它在 1:15 时仍然非常抽筋。

这不是这个 Panera 第一次让我有这样的感觉，而是在我认为这是个 fl 幸之前。

I ate the salad around 9:15pm last night from Wendy’s. It was the crispy spicy chicken Caesar salad. My symptoms started not even 30 min after eating the salad. I feel so sick and terrible my symptoms are still going on it’s every 10 min I have to use the bathroom.  | 症状: 腹泻

Friday evening June 1, around 5pm I had what seemed to be overcooked chicken tenders and a caesar salad. At 11:30 pm I began vomiting with diahrrea all night until 6am. I am 81 years old. I called the manager and she said it takes 24 hours… 更多

Got to the restaurant round 7pm with family. left around 9:30p.m. I had the Chicken Critters with Caesar Salad, Baked Sweet Potato as my sides. 3 days later, I had to go to my doctor cause the Nausea and Diarrhea wouln't stop. I missed 3 days of work so far! UGH!!!!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
