Nov. 28 about 6pm Ate Chicken Meatballs with gravy, Potatoes Au Gratin, Carrots, Purple Cabbage. In an 1-2 hour stomach cramps, then nausea and vomiting, then severe diarrhea. Food was served slightly warm!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Purchased a salad bar salad with mixed greens, beets, chicken, hard boiled egg, carrots, broccoli, grape tomatoes, and cauliflower from whole foods yesterday evening around 7:30pm and by bedtime I started to feel nauseated.
