I think it was the Oreo cheesecake dessert from the bakery I was the only one in my family who ate it. The next morning I didn’t have an appetite which is unusual started breaking out into a sweat then the diarrhea and vomiting began. I ate half of a Philly Cheesecake Sub and got diarrhea Very Soon Thereafter!!!!! My stomach is also bloated and I’m Nauseous!!! My spouse and I picked up food from this location on 1/23. We both had pasta (gluten free Alfredo and fried macaroni) and split cheesecake. We both had symptoms of fast heart rate, dizziness, and nausea within an hour and began throwing up approximately an hour and fifteen minutes after eating.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕
