我于 2016 年 11 月 20 日在辣椒吃过东西。我有一个鸡碗里有白米饭，斑豆，绿色中等莎莎酱，玉米莎莎酱，酸奶油，奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。两个小时之内我就有腹痛、气体和恶心。六个小时后我在呕吐并且有腹泻。第二天我再也忍不住腹痛了，去了急诊所。我向 Chipotle 报告了这一事件，虽然我确实接到了电话，但我觉得这个问题不会被认真对待。

My son got a chicken bowl with corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. I bought it around 2:52pm is what my receipt says and he started to vomit around 4pm and is currently still doing it but mostly fluids because the food came up first. If it continues I'll be taking him to the ER.  | 症状: 呕吐

11 月 18 日，在餐厅里，我吃了一半的鸡肉碗，里面有糙米，黑豆，奶酪，生菜和他们的莎莎酱。味道不好，我把另一半扔掉了。几个小时后，我无法在剩余的旅程中（2 天）离开酒店房间。我本来会去看医生的，但我没办法到达那里，所以我默默地忍受了 50 多个小时的痛苦和脱水。我希望这有助于防止某人经历这种痛苦。
