Monday, May 20, 11:50 a.m.: they served me a double-chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, cream cheese, grated cheese, corn and salsa. Three hours later I regurgitated dramatically; could keep no food or water down for 24 hours. Several days of diarrhea followed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

5/21/19：订购了带白米、无豆、玉米、热莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪、鳄梨调味酱和长叶莴苣的鸡肉碗。第二天早上出现抽筋，第二天晚上出现发冷、腹泻和发烧。到目前为止仍然存在问题，而且没有改善。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战

在 5 月 10 日的一次工作会议上吃了鸡碗（参加）第二天早上严重的胃痉挛和爆炸性腹泻。8 天后两天的疼痛和发烧有所改善，但仍未完全恢复，仍然是胃痉挛和胀气，还有一些腹泻。吃鸡肉的其他所有人都有同样的东西。
