用面包碗和绿色女神鸡肉沙拉吃土豆汤。食物消费后数小时内开始剧烈呕吐。我睡着了醒来感觉不太好。有极度恶心和腹泻然后开始到处呕吐。我胃痛很严重。我要去医疗中心获取液体、检查和药物。我无法停止呕吐。

This happened twice - January 29 and March 10. Within a few hours of eating a Zaxby Blackened Chicken Salad, I broke out in a sweat and thought I was going to pass out.
