2019 年 5 月 25 日星期六，我吃了一个辣鸡肉三明治，里面有泡菜和胡椒杰克奶酪。在三明治的一边，我还有华夫饼干薯条和一个小樱桃味的冰。第二天我醒来时头痛严重，胃部严重，左上大腿剧烈疼痛。接下来我一直在不停地使用浴室... 我的凳子太水了，毫无疑问是腹泻。我不能停止去洗手间。这是我第一次经历这个过程，我一点都感觉不好。救命！
