Ate a burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, mild and corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. Had to go to the doctor's office I was so sick. Been throwing up for more than 12 hours. That was the only food I ate yesterday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I’ve eaten here multiple times when I moved to the area. Never had an issue until the last two times I ate there. I got food poisoning immediately after I had a bbq chicken bowl last night and the steak was hard as a rock the previous time.  | 症状: 恶心

我有生以来第二次去 chipotle 因为我第一次觉得它太好了。2019 年 4 月 8 日，我订购了一个鸡肉碗，里面装有豆类、大米、玉米莎莎酱、奶酪、生菜和酸奶油。第二天晚上我没事，但是第二天早上我开始出现严重的胃痉挛。在那次剧烈的腹泻和发烧以及汗水之后的几个小时。现在是 4 月 11 日了，我还有同样的症状。绝对太可怕了。我很沮丧，尤其是因为这只是我第二次吃 chipotle。但我向你保证我再也不会有它了。

Me and my bf order two bowls a chicken and a steak with MAJORITY of toppinga and he started throwing up around 5 hours after we ate it . im really nausea. And have had diarrhea since eating the bowls  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻

Ate Taco Bell for lunch with is only .5 miles from the Taco Bell. By 2 I was projectile vomiting for the next 6 hrs until I went to the doctor which they gave me a shot ., 3hrs after eating 2 mini shredded chicken qasadila I began to really sick and vomiting and than diarrhea and vomiting  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
