My husband and I had Chick-fil-A Monday afternoon October 22nd. We both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. By the evening I was vomiting having diarrhea fever and sick to my stomach. 我丈夫买了鸡肉招标，然后从五个盒子里吃了两个。他开始对我们的后来感到恶心，胃痛，恶心，轻微的腹泻和头痛，我把剩下的东西带回家，我和妈妈吃了剩下的东西，大约一个小时到几个小时后开始因腹泻而感到不适呕吐头痛我打电话报告了

Its the new location in Duluth Hwy in Lawrenceville GA 30046. Next to the hospital & chick Gil a. 4 for 4 chicken sandwich w medium fruit punch. A baconator meal w medium fruit punch. 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers w frosty. They forgot my cookies that I ordered as well
