I went to McDonald's on Friday night after I finished work at around 9pm went home afterwards to sit and relax and about 1130 I had a horrible after taste of the chicken selects I had and had to run to the toilet to be sick I feel very cold and I have severe stomach cramps  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

My son and I were both very sick. We shared a Caesar salad and had their nightly special of the chicken ravioli. We ate at around 7:45pm and showing stomach symptoms by 10:00-10:30pm. Threw up all night long with massive diarreaha until 5 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 1 月 2 日星期二下午 1 点，我在基奇纳劳伦森购物中心的 Zehrs Tim Hortons 吃了一个鸡肉培根牧场包裹。吃完偏头痛大约 2 小时后，我开始感到恶心并出现偏头痛，然后那天晚上晚些时候我出现了严重的胃痉挛和腹泻，再加上恶心和颈部僵硬/困惑，一直持续到第二天早上。我在 3 号整天都有胃缠，直到 4 日才开始感觉好一点，有轻微的头痛、颈部僵硬和偶尔的恶心。今天 1 月 5 日才开始恢复正常。
