平安夜晚餐。餐厅挤满了人。花了 50 分钟才拿到我们的食物。吃了橙鸡、热腾腾的米汤、辣蒜虾。大约几个小时后的那天晚上，全家人开始呕吐、腹泻、发烧、发冷等。我的孩子严重脱水，不得不被送往急诊室，在那里我们度过了圣诞节的大部分时间！

At 9 pm on Dec 28, my wife and I each got small fries. She had a classic chicken sandwich and I had the McDouble. 4 hours later it was throw and go and I still have not recovered. The McDouble was lukewarm, I should not have eaten it. Too sick to even see a doc.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a chicken sandwich lettuce wrapped with fries and some chili. Symptoms started 20 mins after finishing meal. Cramping followed by diarrhea. Then nausea. Went to bed to wake up to more diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天晚上我吃了鸡块。首先我觉得我需要呕吐，当我回到家时，我立刻开始呕吐。我在呕吐，整个晚上和早上都有可怕的 diahrrea。我呕吐的每一口水。现在我感觉虚弱，几乎没吃任何东西，我喝活性煤是为了感觉好些。
