2017 年 12 月 25 日和胃痉挛 20 分钟后得到了一份烤鸡肉沙拉，但现在来回跑去厕所。有腹泻和 naseau。在我吃沙拉之前我整天都没事。拿了 Immodium，看看它对腹泻有没有帮助  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

5 members of my family and friends ate 3 pieces chicken combos, all of us got sick we went on Friday Dec 22nd 2017, the store locate on Story Rd and White Rd in San Jose CA , We still sick up today 25th, some we went to dr others to the emergency room just now, We just called my nurse line  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Went to lunch at 11:30 on Friday, December 22nd, and had 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and some chicken nuggets. By 3:30 my boss said I looked like shit, despite feeling fine. I went home and got diarrhea around 5 or 6, then started vomiting shortly after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Are a burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, pico, cheese & guacamole at around 7 on Saturday. Vomiting & diarrhea started at 5 or so Sunday. Fever is around 100 still on Monday am and I’m trying to keep fluids down. Now I’m sick on Christmas which is a real bummer.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
