我吃了无骨的混蛋季节鸡。这只鸡的味道确实很有趣，但以为是香料。我们在晚上 8 点 30 分左右吃了东西，到了凌晨 13 点，我在洗手间里有腹泻，整晚都在睡觉。到了早上 6:30，我终于呕吐了，感觉稍微好一点。我还有抽筋和恶心。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Never eat at KFC but thought I'd try again. Had a two chicken piece menu. Two hours later my stomach began to hurt strongly, followed by vomiting all night and fever that lasted for two days. I'll never go back to this sh** place ever again. Ban this place.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I had a free sandwich meal so I got the chicken salad. An hour after eating it my stomach was upset and later on that night I was vomiting pieces of the chicken salad. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day after going to Zaxby's so I know for sure it was the sandwich.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天有 Subway Rotisserie 吃了 Honey Oat 面包和一袋用健怡可乐烤制的 Lays 烤箱。三明治有鸡肉、生菜、番茄、精简蛋黄酱。什么都没吃，今天我从早上起就一直在治疗腹泻、呕吐物、恶心、发烧、胃痛、发冷。今天早上我没有其他东西，因为当我尝试吃面包吐司时，我只是吐出来了。如果明天症状持续，我会去看医生或急诊室。胃的疼痛真的很糟糕。
