Grabbed a double wrap burrito around 8pm on 11/8/16. Specific order was black beans, white rice, veggies, chorizo, corn, sour cream, avocado, and lettuce. Upon arriving home I ate 1/2 burrito and began feeling "different" shortly after. I woke at 1:00am and again at 3:00am with diarrhea… 更多

Had a chorizo burrito yesterday with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, sour cream and cheese. Felt a little funny an hour later. Had to make 4-5 trips to bathroom last night, another this morning. Missing work today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

香肠肉，黑豆，糙米，中微微，酸奶油，奶酪。上午 11 点 30 分吃了。下午 4 点之前正在使用洗手间。下班后再来一次。凌晨 3 点醒来时有轻微的发烧和有史以来最严重的疼痛/肌肉痉挛，但无力。那天晚上我睡觉之前开始感觉有点奇怪，但是直到凌晨 3 点才起来。第二天仍能从轻度发烧、腹泻、抽筋和整体虚弱中恢复过来。
