had a bad feeling. anyway, had 50/50 rice, 50/50 chicken steak, 50/50 beans. cheese, pico de gallo, cream and corn. sick in 3 hrs. projectile diarrhea twice. then dehydrated. thanks again chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻

My 6 year old son got a corn dog at Sonic in Maryville. Around 2 hours after eating he started vomiting violently. Running no fever. He continued to vomit for 9 hours, dry heaving after the first two times until 2am last night.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

Ate a burrito bowl early Sunday. Brown rice, black beans, chicken, salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole & lettuce. Extremely sick by Sunday night and still day later.

I got a chicken bowl on August 1st with chicken,lettuce,sour cream, cheese,and corn. the next day I woke up with diarrhea which I still have 3 days later, I’ve had a fever of 103, I’ve lost my appetite completely. I’ve been in bed since sleeping and barely getting up. I will never eat here again!

Bowl included brown rice, steak, pico, corn salsa, cheese, and guacamole. Started vomiting and having severe diarrhea within 3 hours later.
